After training with Olivier Leflaive in Burgundy, Riffault developed a masterful touch with oak that adds complexity, never wood notes. Boucads is produced from vines on Kimmeridgian limestone and sees 50% stainless steel and 50% neutral oak. Concentration and length meet precision and mineral in this elegant bottle.
