Boris is convinced that the future of Burgundy, due to climate change, is in the hills above the Côte de Nuits in the Hautes-Côtes. His 2018 vintage is light, high-toned, with plenty of salinity. Fermented in steel and aged 12 months in neutral barrel. Minimum effective sulphur.
