In a sea of Bordeaux, Chateau Moulin is one of only a few practicing organic viticulture, natural fermentation, and hands-off winemaking. Cuvée Piverts is 100% Merlot aged for one year in a cement tank, and the one wine they make with zero sulphur. Only 500 cases are made of this particular cuvée. "Cuvée Piverts is very elegant and light for Bordeaux, and a little bit silkier than its regular cuvée.
