100% Listán Blanco from high altitude vineyards farmed by Envínate and 15 other families. The vines here grow completely untrained in a free, almost wild manner. The grapes were rested on their skins for 12-24 hours before fermentation and aged in a combination of concrete and used oak. This is a fantastic introduction to Envínate’s range of whites with their distinctive mineral style.
