Benedicte & Stéphane Tissot spearhead a benchmark domaine in the Jura region of France. Stéphane was an early adopter of organic and then later biodynamic viticulture in the region as the Jura style modernized from its more "rustic" roots. The estate consists of about 35 ha of vineyards, which is quite large in the Jura, although relatively small compared to domaines in other parts of France.
